OPERATION VILLA VERDE
Operation Villa Verde is a strategic, communication/persuasion style event. That's right. This isn't a "guns blazing" style event. Villa Verde will introduce a style unlike anything we've hosted before. Designed and written by Chris Cathcart of Nomad Airsoft, this is a CANT MISS event.
Villacres is an unstable country located in South America which is rich in Lanthanum, a rare earth metal worth billions. The locals do not have the means to mine the metal nor the break in the constant civil war to take the time to mine. The biggest “export” of the country is drugs, primarily cocaine. There are 4 factions within the country all wanting different things. The Villa Roja Cartel, the People's Republic of Villacres (PRV), the Federal Police, and Regatta Industries.
This is not a shoot first event. Factions may work with or against each other. Each faction will have 5 main goals to complete throughout the event. Bonus points for money collected and pictures of 1IC & 2IC business cards.
The Villa Roja Cartel: Leader is Arturo Reyes who rose from poverty to become one of the most ruthless cartel leaders in the country's history. Their goal is the production and exportation of cocaine to bring VIllacres into a true narco state. They want to place a puppet Governor into office who is loyal to the Cartel. They are trying to find a way to mine for gold to be used for money, statues, jewelry, etc.

PRV: Leader is Salvador Sanchez who has been trying to fight back against the Cartel ever since Reyes came into the country. Their objective is to destroy all drug shipments and caches, as well as find and free the taken people of Villacres. They want to elect a Governor chosen by the people who will kick out the Cartel. They are also trying to establish a silver mine to promote legitimate jobs for the people.
Civilian clothing primarily green (green based camo)
Federal Police: Commander is Juan Caimenes who has been a Federal Police officer for 19 years. The Federales want to keep the existing Governor Martin Lopez in power. Their goal is to protect Lopez at all costs. Arrests and detaining civilians who are hostile to the current government as well as drug seizures have become the majority of their day to day operations.

Regatta Industries: CEO is Max Williams who is incharge of a multi billion dollar company specializing in mining and manufacturing Rare Earth Metals. The company has hired a PMC team to fly down to Villacres to secure land plots for mining, resource nodes, and logistical corridors for exportation. The company has the interest to maintain the current political alignment as it stands who have allowed the purchase of land for mining. Other options may be employed based on better deals which could be made with different factions.
